Donation Refund Policy

We value every donation, as it helps us rescue and care for animals in distress. However, refunds for donations will only be processed under exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect payment amount.

Conditions for Refunds

Refund requests for monetary donations must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the donation date.
  • The request includes valid details such as transaction ID, donor name, and reason for the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval using the original payment method. No fees will be charged for the transaction.

In-Kind Donations

We also accept in-kind donations such as food, medical supplies, or other essential items. However, please note that:

  • In-kind donations cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered to our foundation.
  • Please confirm the suitability of the products before donating to avoid inconvenience.

Change or Cancellation of Donations
